Article 3 (Registration)
1. Those wishing to use the Service shall agree to these Terms and register in a manner prescribed by the Operator. 2. Registration information must be accurate and up-to-date. 3. The Operator may refuse or cancel registration if: - False information is registered - There was a past violation of these Terms - The Operator deems it inappropriate
Article 4 (Account Management)
1. Users shall manage their account information at their own responsibility. 2. Any act performed via an account is deemed to be the act of the User holding that account.
Article 5 (Posted Content)
1. Users shall post content at their own responsibility. 2. Copyrights to Posted Content belong to the User. However, the Operator may use them free of charge and non-exclusively for providing, improving, or promoting the Service. 3. The Operator has no obligation to store Posted Content and may delete or hide it as necessary.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not: - Infringe rights including copyrights, portrait rights, and privacy of others - Post images containing third-party faces or identifiable info without consent - Mass post content unrelated to food/dining - Engage in slander, discriminatory expression, or illegal acts - Engage in sales/advertising (unless permitted) - Engage in unauthorized access, spamming, or obstructing operation
Article 7 (Suspension/Withdrawal)
1. The Operator may suspend use, delete posts, or delete accounts without notice if a User violates these Terms. 2. Users may withdraw from the Service at any time via the prescribed method.
Article 8 (Paid Services)
1. Some parts of the Service may be paid. 2. Fees, payment methods, and cancellation terms will be displayed separately on the Service. 3. No refunds will be made after payment except as required by law.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
1. The Operator does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service. 2. The Operator is not liable for troubles between Users caused by Posted Content. 3. Information on food/health is for reference only and not medical/professional advice. 4. The Operator is not liable for damages unless caused by intentional or gross negligence.
Article 10 (Changes/Termination)
The Operator may change, add, or terminate the Service without prior notice to Users.
Article 11 (Amendments)
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time. Use of the Service after amendment constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
Article 13 (Language)
The Japanese version of these Terms is the official version. In case of discrepancies with translations, the Japanese version prevails.
